Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. The minimum order quantity of each style is 12 articles. Each order should amount to at least 500 USD, excluding delivery cost. If the order is less than 500 USD or for retailing, the price will be 30% higher and the other condition will be the same to the sample terms.

Q. How to contact you for price list?
A. Contact us by our email: andrewfang1977@hotmail.com or andrewfang1977@arsportasia.com with your detail information, including the address/ telephone/ fax/ full name/ email/ company name/ order quantity. We will send you our price list in details as your request, our price term is FOB Shanghai.

Q. How to order?
A. When you confirm the price list, you can send us your order list including style number,color,size, quantity for each and your address.After receiving your order list,we will send you an order list based on your requirement for your double confirm.Then we will check our store and revise quantity according to your order list (so we can deliver as soon as possible after we received your remittance) then send you the PI (Proforma Invoice) and delivery cost list to you. We will hold the order for six days, so please remit to us in the valid time and inform us. We will send out the goods upon the receipt of your payment. Please see order samples below.

Q. Do you accept OEM condition and what is minimum quantity for OEM condition?
A. Yes. OEM condition is welcome. Our company is a comprehensive sexy underwear enterprise, integrating the designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing. We’d like to accept your samples or material processing, but we require the minimum amount for OEM is not less than three dozen.

Q. What's the payment methods?

A. Small order: 100% T/T in advance before shipment.
Bulk order: 40% T/T advance, balance paid before shipment.Western Union money transfer is also accepted.

Q. Can I get some samples or is a small order accepted?

A. Yes. we have got stock for most models, so we can send samples, but the sample order price will be 30% higher. We will send you our bank details after we confirm your order. you are asked to pay for them including the delivery charge.

Q. What's the delivery methods and delivery time?
A. By DHL/TNT/EMS express: it takes about 5~6 business days for the delivery, Door to Door service. DHL,TNT,EMS or AC for a small order and By sea for larger order.

Q. What's the estimated shipping cost by ?

A. The shipping costs according to the weight of the goods. We will calculate out the cheapest plan according to the quantity of order each time. (The shipping cost highly depends on the delievery country)

each Added 0.5kg from 0.5kg to 24.5kg, it's RMB 60.00 (USD 7.56 ),
If your package is abvoe 25kg, it's RMB 64.00 (USD 8.06) per kg, (recommend)

If your package is abvoe 50kg, it's RMB 62.00 (USD 7.9) per kg,
If your package is above 100kg, it's RMB 59.00 (USD 7.4) per kg.

Q. What's the estimated shipping cost if I buy one container?
A. If you buy one 20' or 40' containter, I will let your know how much you shall pay for the shipping cost after we get your destination seaport, also after confirmation from our forwarder. You can use your own forwarder.

Q. Do you have got any certificates for your vibrators or sex toys?
A. Yes, we have got CE certificates for the vibrators for most models, and we also have got EN71 nontoxic testing report to prove our materials are safe to the skin.

Q. Is your quotation still negotiative?
A. Yes. we will give you a certain discount for a bulk order. The discount depends on your order quantity. It may be 2 percents, 3 percents, and max 10 percents off.

Q. Can I have my own logo or company info. shown on the packaging?
A. Ref. to the private packaging, I would like to tell you that we can print your label or logo on the boxesby silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model
